Returns that are damaged, soiled, altered or that are not returned with your ordering information inside the package cannot be accepted.

All items must be returned in their original condition, with all labels attached.


Will I be charged any returned/re-stock fee?

No, you are covered by our Free Return Policy, this means that when an item is returned for any reason (return or size change) you will not be charged any return fee/restock fee. The return shipping cost is to be handled by you.


How to return/exchange unsuitable/unwanted items?

Please follow this process for returning your items to us:

  2. After we have confirmed your eligibility to return the item, please re-pack the item in its original packaging with labels still attached.
  3. Post your item to a given address provided by our customer support. It is necessary for you to send the products using a secured or tracking method in order to be eligible for a refund. It is essential that you retain your proof of postage.
  4. As soon as we have received your returned items, we will issue a full refund/exchange within 2-3 business days. We’ll send you an email to confirm your return has been received and that your refund has been processed.
