Shipping Policy

When will my order be processed?

We want to make sure you receive your items as quickly as possible, so please make sure you select the correct product and size as changes to your order need to be made within 12 hours of the purchase, please email

Orders will be processed within 1 to 3 business days of receiving your order and shipped out by the next day.

All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse in Murwillumbah NSW. Please allow extra time for processing during holidays and sale seasons.

Shipping Confirmation

A shipping confirmation and a tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your order.


Your order may be delivered to you by Australia Post or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by Australia Post. A calling card may be left if you are not at home, as per Australia Post’s and independent courier guidelines.

Cancellations or Changes

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us immediately by emailing  Once our warehouse has processed your order, we may be unable to make any changes.

Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
