Shipping policy

Please allow up to two days for your order to be processed, with orders received on Fridays will be processed the coming Monday.

Once it has been processed the shipping times vary by each state and country. The estimated shipping times are below;

Australia: 2-5 business days

During the holiday season, please allow up to 14 extra business days for dispatch, shipping and transit times. We are working as hard as we can to get your order out to you as quickly as possible. We thank you for your patience and support during this time and wish all of our customers safe and happy holidays. If you refuse to pay any additional fees, your package will be sent back to us and you will be refunded the cost of your order minus any extra shipping charges incurred by us from the carrier.

Once the product has been shipped from our warehouse, the customer is responsible for any late or missing shipment. The customer will need to contact Australia Post, our courier service  if the shipment has passed the estimated shipping date.
